A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a nose or passenger car B.

1. On July 15, 2020, the Defendant driven B nose or car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.226% from the 500m section from the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon to the front road of the Dong-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon to the 147 Seo-gu, Daejeon.
