Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2014, at around 08:35, the Defendant: (a) laid off one male customer in the vicinity of the ship terminal apartment located in the Dobong-dong, Won-si, Won-si, in order to transport to the front of the off-to-house eight apartment units located in the same city, and (b) received 4,000 won in cash in return, and used the truck to operate a type of passenger transport business.
