Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 2017, the Defendant: (a) acquired a copy of the driver’s license, which is the victim owned by the victim D, at the front bus stop located in C Hospital B at the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) around 18:00.

Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. On May 30, 2017, the Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven a motor device in the section of approximately 8km from the 41-1st road to the front road of the Chang-si, Chang-si, Chang-si, Chang-si, Seoul, without obtaining a bicycle license for the motor device from around 8km to the front road of the 8km.

3. On May 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was found to have driven a 125cc camb on the road in front of the pamb on the roads of the pamb on the street, which was located in the Sungwon-si, Changwon-si on May 30, 201; and (b) was required to present a driver’s license from G to the police officer who belongs to the police box of the police station in the Changwon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the defendant presented the above D's driver's license under the name of the Commissioner General of the Gyeong-nam Regional Police Agency, which is an official document that he acquired as stated in the above paragraph 1, as if he was the defendant's driver's license.

Accordingly, the defendant did not use official documents.
