1. Defendant Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd. is the Plaintiff B’s KRW 50,000,000, and Defendant ABN Life Insurance Co., Ltd.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The plaintiff A is the deceased's spouse, the plaintiff B is the deceased's children, and the defendants are insurance companies.

B. The Deceased concluded one contract on the attached list with Defendant Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd.) (hereinafter referred to as “Co., Ltd.”) and two contracts listed in the attached list (hereinafter referred to as “Co., Ltd.”) and the attached list (hereinafter referred to as “Co., Ltd.”) respectively.

C. On September 23, 2014, at around 11:15, the Deceased was found to fall from the 7th floor D apartment of Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu to the first floor chemical group, and died in the course of transmission to the B branch hospital.

Article 12 of the Insurance Terms and Conditions of the instant First and Second Contracts (hereinafter referred to as the “Insurance Terms and Conditions”) provides for the following:

A. The Defendants asserted that they would pay insurance money in the event of suicide after 2 years from the date of guarantee of the special agreement under the insurance clause of this case.
