Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 30, 2014, the Defendant damaged the property by: (a) at the “E” singing room operated by the victim D, the victim D, who had a 1st underground floor in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, and (b) at the time of drinking the said victim, who was a wife living together with drinking; (c) and (d) having the said victim broken over one singing machine, one line flag, and one computer monitor.

2. On March 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) took an inquiry of the instant situation from the victim G (28 years old); (b) at the place indicated in paragraph (1) around 22:20 on March 30, 2014; and (c) as indicated in paragraph (1), the Defendant suffered from the victim G (28 years old) belonging to the Incheon Southern Police Station, where the Defendant received a report of 112 of the disturbance, and called “I wish to die, she pushed the victim by both hand; (b) pushed the victim with a bad hand; (c) pushed the victim’s flaps and tensions that require a two-day treatment.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers, and at the same time injured the victim.
