1. The defendant shall pay 127,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from August 3, 2013 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the purport of the entire arguments as to the cause of the claim Gap's evidence Nos. 3 and 4, the plaintiff extended money to the defendant from around 201 to March 7, 2013, and it is recognized that the plaintiff has not yet been paid KRW 127,00,000 among them, so the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from August 3, 2013 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint, to the day of full payment.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
