All of the public prosecutions against the Defendants are dismissed.

1. On May 4, 2015, at around 09:30 on May 4, 2015, the Defendants, at the house of Defendant B located in Busan Northern-gu, expressed the desire for the victims to “the aged and age of this age that they want to move, knife, knife, knife, and knife knife, knife knife, and knife knife knife knif, knife knife knif.”

As a result, the Defendants conspired to insult victims publicly.

2. Determination and conclusion

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Articles 312(1) and 311 of the Criminal Act;

B. Indication of the victims' failure to punish after the prosecution of the instant case

(c) Subparagraph 5 of Article 327 of the Criminal Procedure Act: Rejection of prosecution; and
