1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;

(b) (1) 7,250,000 won and this shall apply.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

[Defendant paid all the monthly rent for four months from the time when he/she moved into a leased building on April 27, 2015 until August 27, 2015. From August 28, 2015 to January 27, 2016, the following day, 750,000 won in arrears for the same period as the monthly rent for five months from August 28, 2015 to January 27, 2016. Accordingly, the overdue rent that occurs thereafter should be calculated from January 28, 2016 (i.e., the amount of overdue rent).
