Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 18, 2015, at around 09:07, the Defendant taken pictures of the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by taking pictures against the victim’s will against his/her own will while taking advantage of the mobile camera function of the mobile phone camera 7 in the subway line C, which is located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, using the Defendant’s cell phone function.

2. On August 18, 2015, at around 09:08, the Defendant moved from escalator 7 in the subway line C history of the subway No. 1, the subway No. 7 in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, to escalator C, and took a photograph of the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame by photographing the body of the victim, using the cell phone camera function used by the Defendant from the above escalator, while taking a flab in the front of the Defendant, using the cell phone camera function used by the Defendant.

3. On September 25, 2015, at around 09:03, the Defendant taken pictures of the victim’s body that could cause sexual humiliation or shame by taking pictures against the victim’s will, using his/her cell phone camera function in the subway No. 1 line C, which is located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, by taking advantage of the mobile phone camera function used by the Defendant, and taking pictures of the victim’s body that could cause sexual humiliation or shame.
