A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even in March 2020, the defendant was punished for harming another person under the influence of alcohol, and the violent tendency of the defendant is also against the police officer.
