A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the president of the North Korean-gu C Private Teaching Institutes in B at port, and the victim D (influence, name, and age 14) is a student who attends the above private teaching institute.

1. On April 2019, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around April 2019, the Defendant: (b) around April 2019, at class C of the pertinent C Private Institutes C, and (c) the victim, who was sitting and studying on a book, referred to as “if the victim does not want to do so, I would like to do so.”; and (d) the victim’s buckbucks.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim who is a child or juvenile by force.

2. On July 1, 2019, around July 21, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around July 21, 2019, the Defendant: (b) around July 21, 2019, carried the victim on the back seat of the E Trate passenger vehicle, which is a driving vehicle; and (c) was in front of the G Child Care Center located in the North-gu, North Korea, Posi; and (d) had the victim sit on the top of the Defendant’s side.

Then, after the Defendant parked the said car, the Defendant’s hand parkeded the said car, and then, D’s hand knife of the victim’s hand “whether the son is good for the son?” 10 years of the son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son.”

Then, the defendant driving the above vehicle and parked again in the opposite direction in the above place, and the victim goes beyond the back seat, and the defendant also sited above the back seat of the other victim, and then the bucks and chests of the victim are sent up several times by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim who is a child or juvenile by force.
