The appeal is dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.
The judgment below
Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is justified in finding that the court below convicted of occupational embezzlement of KRW 380 million among the facts charged in this case on the grounds stated in its reasoning.
In so determining, the lower court did not err by violating logical and empirical rules and exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
