Criminal facts

The following crimes have been committed under the state that the defendant and the requester for medical treatment and custody and the requester for an attachment order (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") have weak ability to discern things or make decisions due to the aggravation of the symptoms of drugs after having received medical treatment from March 2005 to August 2012 at the mental health department of the Japanese Magsan Hospital at the Japanese National University, resulting in the aggravation of the symptoms of drugs.

Around June 2014, while the defendant had no appraisal on several occasions due to the victim C(W, 38), D(W, 39 years old), and parking problems, he thought that the defendant's father had a desire to take care of the victims and their family members, and that his own mental and physical pain has been caused by all of the victims, and that he could no longer take care of such pain.

Accordingly, on November 10, 2014, the Defendant took measures to prevent a knife with a white tape on the part of a knife (the knife 34 cm in total length, 22 cm in knife, flife 1) that he purchased in advance for committing a crime at the domicile of the Defendant, and on November 15:37, 2014, the Defendant took measures to prevent a knife with a knife with a knife in front of the Defendant’s dwelling and knife with a knife in front of the Defendant’s dwelling.

On November 11, 2014, at around 15:58, the Defendant: (a) in front of the residence of the victims of the Sucheon-gu Won-si F, Busan; (b) reported that the victims C were able to return home by driving the vehicle; and (c) concealed the knife purchased in advance from the retail to the front of the vehicle of the C, and was waiting for C to leave the vehicle, while she was waiting for C to leave the vehicle, she would walk the mad victim D from the home to the vehicle of C.
