1. The defendant (Counterclaim plaintiff) shall all dismiss the counterclaim.

2. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) against the principal lawsuit.

1. As to the principal lawsuit

A. Basic facts 1) On December 9, 2009, the Defendants acquired the seven-story building located in Osan City D through auction, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in one-half shares each on the same day. Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “B”).

2. The payment of separate dividends shall be made on and after October 30, 2010. 3. The leasing period shall be the same until the sale of the above F.

'The special agreement' contains the contents of the agreement.

5) From March 2010 to April 201, the Plaintiff operated the instant hotel. 6) G transferred KRW 50 million to the account under the name of the above E on May 14, 2010, and KRW 25 million to the account under the name of the representative director of the Defendant C on May 26, 2010, and J, the mother of G, to the account of K, the mother of the E on May 26, 2010.
