The defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:00 on February 1, 2013, the Defendants conspired to operate a restaurant directly by occupying a restaurant on the ground that the victims H, I, J, and K did not pay meals equivalent to KRW 31 million in arrears of the meal costs of the above hospital’s operation and management of the restaurant at the 4th floor of the G Hospital located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
