Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall transfer or take over any access medium in using or managing the access medium.

Nevertheless, on February 18, 2013, the Defendant transferred the physical card, passbook, official certificate, etc., which is an access medium connected to the account under the name of the Defendant, to the Defendant in front of the National Bank in Dongcheon-dong, Dongcheon-si.

Accordingly, the defendant transferred the access media to the defendant.
