Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. From August 2008, the Defendant is a person in a de facto marital relationship with the victim C (nive, 49 years of age) from around August 2008, and the victim is a person who operates the “Fing” as referred to in Article 210 and 211 of the same building as the “Eing” in Ilyang-dong, Manyang-gu, and 208.

2. Damage to each property;

A. On January 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 12:14, 2015, at the said Esing room, carried a kind of 4 chemical (e.g., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., g., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e.

B. On January 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 06:44, 2015, she saw that the victim did not contact with the Defendant; (b) she saw that she drinking alcohol on the part of the Defendant; (c) 10 kinds of chemical powder (e.g., Anandocia, etc.) displayed on the part of the Defendant; (d) broken it on the floor; (c) gate, a sound auxiliary machine on the Kacter; (d) broken it by using sound auxiliary machines on the part of the Kacter; and (d) broken it on several occasions; and (e) damaged property equivalent to KRW 2,384,000 at the market price owned by the victim by taking advantage of large raculs; and (e) throw drinking water on the bottom.

C. On March 24, 2015, the Defendant destroyed the victim’s market price at KRW 3,218,00,00, by putting the door at the said Esing room on the ground that the entrance was set off. On the other hand, the Defendant destroyed the Defendant’s property by cutting off the door, breaking out the door, putting the door at the entrance of the corridor, cutting off the door, and putting the door at the entrance of the sings room, and attaching the sings box at the entrance of the sings room, thereby damaging the property owned by the victim.
