Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, from the day this judgment became final and conclusive, the Defendants are above one year each.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the manager of flat land owned by the defendant's her father C and the defendant B is a village resident who cultivates crops in adjoining farming land.

1. Defendant A

A.
