A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 20, 2016, the Defendant driven a Mati truck under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.271% from the blood alcohol content of about 10km to the front road, “Ambsent 145-5 in the front road” located in the 64-ro of the Sori-si, Mari-si, Pari-si, Pari-si, Pari-si, Pari-si, Pari-si, Pari-si, Pari-si, Pari-si, Pari-si, Pari-si without a driver’s license on April 20, 2016.

On January 12, 2017, the Defendant, at around 21:30 on January 12, 2017, driven a Ma-ray without a driver’s license, driving the Ma-ray without a driver’s license, driving a two-lane road at the right-hand left-hand turn to the front of the legal graduate school at the Seoul metropolitan side, while driving a two-lane road at the right-hand left-hand turn to the right-hand side of the legal graduate school at the Seoul metropolitan side, and had a duty of care to prevent accidents due to his failure to do so. However, the front portion of the Ma-W car driven by the victim D ( South, 50 years old) who was driving on the road due to negligence, conflicts with the G S-ray car of the victim F (Y, 52 years old) who was driving on the front side while pushing the said BMW car in the future.

The Defendant: (a) by such occupational negligence, inflicted injury on the victim D, such as sckes, which requires approximately 10 weeks of treatment; (b) the victim H ( South and 52 years of age) who was aboard the BMW car; (c) the victim I ( South and 54 years of age); (d) the victim I ( South and 54 years of age) suffered injury, such as sckes, etc., which require approximately 8 weeks of treatment; and (d) the victim F, such as sckes and tensions, which require approximately 3 weeks of treatment.
