1. Basic facts

A. Around September 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a joint development agreement with D to undertake a joint development project with the content that purchased a house of 4,175 square meters and 3,982 square meters prior to E in Jeju-do prior to the division owned by the Defendant C and sold the house, and then distributed the proceeds therefrom.

B. 1) On December 8, 2014, G, which is the site of D, is the subject matter of the instant sales contract (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the subject matter of the instant sales contract”) between the Defendant C and the land prior to the instant division, its ground buildings and Jeju-si roads.

(2) The Plaintiff, the wife, from the account in the name of J to the Defendant C’s name, entered into a sales contract to purchase KRW 570,000,000 for the purchase price of KRW 570,000 for the purchase of KRW 20,000 for the same month.

8. A total of KRW 50 million, including KRW 30 million, was remitted.
