The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (six months of imprisonment) by the lower court is deemed to be too unhued and unreasonable.

2. In full view of the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, environment, motive and circumstance of the crime, means and consequence of the crime, various sentencing factors indicated in the record, such as the Defendant’s age, character, environment, motive and circumstance of the crime, method and consequence of the crime, etc., the lower court’s sentence is too unjustifiable, and thus, the Prosecutor’s allegation of unfair sentencing is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the prosecutor's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
