1. Defendant C shall be from March 21, 2016 to Plaintiff A with respect to KRW 10,000,000, KRW 3,000,000, and each of the above amounts.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant C is a person operating the F Hospital located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”), Defendant D is a person who provided the Plaintiff at the Defendant Hospital, and Plaintiff B is the guardian of Plaintiff A’s children.
B. On October 30, 2015, Plaintiff A was diagnosed by Nonparty G hospital (hereinafter “G hospital”) with blood-related dementia, etc., and did not have the symptoms at the time.
