1. As to KRW 38,638,661 and KRW 35,00,00 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from June 18, 2019 to July 23, 2019.

Reasons

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. On May 19, 2017, the Plaintiff (Buyer) and the Defendant (seller) entered into a contract for the sale of the specific location and area (660 square meters) part of the area (660 square meters) in the area of KRW 170,00,000,000 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) among the area of 314 square meters in North-gu, Northern-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul on May 19, 2017 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).
