A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 18, 2013, at around 02:20, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven the said EF rocketing car without mandatory insurance from the frontway of the Defendant’s house in the East Dobcheon-si to the frontway 264-22 of the same paths.

4. On November 18, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: around 02:20 on November 18, 2013, driving a C EF Laol car and then driving it at the same walcheon-si, High tideland.
