1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 64,675,925 and the interest rate thereon from August 13, 2019 to the date of full payment.

Judgment to be rendered for the confession of applicable provisions of law (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the defendants only submitted a formal written objection after being served with the original of the payment order and without submitting any subsequent detailed written response, and therefore, they are deemed to have led to the confession of all of the plaintiff's allegations in accordance with Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act).
