Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2, 2013, at around 13:55, the Defendant was subject to control on the ground that he illegally crossed from the background B, slope C, etc. belonging to the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station, which is taking traffic control over the front of the exit road No. 8, located in Daegu-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and 1053-19.
