1. The Defendant: KRW 36,287,278; KRW 38,281,250 to Plaintiff B; KRW 34,704,555 to Plaintiff C; and KRW 36,590 to Plaintiff D.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Part of dismissal: According to the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019), the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, the part on claim for damages for delay seeking payment exceeding the above rate is rejected.
