The plaintiff's primary and conjunctive claims are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On July 9, 1994, the Plaintiff graduated from the D Research Institute (a three-year educational institution, operated as an evaluation institution for the course of study on the Credit Bank System from 2017), and on September 22, 2000, obtained the degree of “Asscisisise Mke” in California located in California, California.

B. On October 2016, the Plaintiff, while supporting the Defendant’s International Camper Art. (hereinafter “instant department”)’s 2017-year master’s degree program (hereinafter “instant master’s degree program”), submitted to the Defendant’s University International Camper Art. (hereinafter “instant department”), a written application for admission stating “Amer’s degree: Esive marketing in September 22, 2000,” and a resume stating “A bachelor’s degree: from July 1991 to September 1994: D, and school affairs: from July 1999 to September 20, 200.”

C. On November 24, 2016, the Plaintiff received notice from the Defendant to pass the instant master’s degree course, and completed the instant master’s degree course from March 2017 to December 2018, and applied for the four-year course at the above graduate school’s degree course.

On January 3, 2019, the Defendant issued a disposition to revoke the Plaintiff’s new admission to the master’s degree course of this case (hereinafter “instant disposition”) on the ground that the Plaintiff did not obtain a four-year college’s college’s license or a university equivalent to an institution or a bachelor’s degree, and the Plaintiff did not meet the qualification for the instant master’s degree course support (hereinafter “instant disposition”).
