1. As to KRW 36,713,205 and KRW 16,713,205 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall from February 13, 2013 to November 27, 2015.

1. Occurrence of liability for damages;

A. 1) On January 2013, 2013, the Plaintiff entered the cell phone accessories manufacturer “C” operated by the Defendant and laid the frame of the parts (hereinafter “instant machine”).

(2) On February 13, 2013, at around 15:35, the Plaintiff: (a) placed in the work unit of the instant machine; (b) divided the location of the device into the left hand; and (c) laid off the cell phone parts made of the mobile phone with the mechanical device; and (d) taken them into hand in the instant machine during the operation of the mechanical device in question; and (c) the Plaintiff’s son caused an accident to put in the instant machine (hereinafter “instant accident”); (d) thereby, the Plaintiff suffered damage to the upper part of the instant machine, the right side 1 to 2-4 horizontal frame, the right side 1 to 4 horizontal frame, the right side pressure damage, the right side 1 to 1 to 4 horizontal frame, and any injury to the open part, etc.”

(3) The Plaintiff received hospitalization from February 13, 2013 to March 12, 2013 due to the instant injury, and from March 31, 2014 to March 31, 2014. (4) Meanwhile, the Defendant did not conduct regular and systematic safety education, such as receiving education logs or delivering work rules, in a way of giving care to employees for the prevention of accidents at an irregular point of time following the occurrence of the instant accident.

B. According to the above facts, the instant machinery is used to modify the object by imposing strong pressure on certain objects, and its characteristics are used in the process of using it.
