A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant unilaterally demanded the Victim B (L, 52 years of age) who became aware of around 2018 in 2018, but decided to resist the victim’s residence without responding to the victim’s contact.
