The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On November 17, 2018, the Defendant was faced with the bus vehicles of the victim C (Nam, 57 years old) who was under direct control of the bypassing in the upper part of the Overcheon-dong Line on November 17, 2018, while driving the B body-man car and driving the B body-man car.
