1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Basic Facts

A. On July 9, 2009, the Defendant entered into an insurance contract with the Plaintiff as the insured and beneficiary (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) and entered into an insurance contract on July 9, 2009 as indicated in the [Attachment 1].

B. On May 3, 2010, the Defendant paid the Plaintiff’s insurance proceeds and the Plaintiff’s payment of the insurance proceeds received hospital treatment for 114 days in total at each hospital over eight times between May 3, 2010 and August 23, 2013, as indicated in the attached Form 2 and the details of the payment of the insurance proceeds, including the hospitalization for 10 days at the Gwangju Geosung Hospital. The Plaintiff paid each insurance proceeds to the Defendant according to the instant insurance contract.

C. The current status of the conclusion of the insurance contract with the defendant as the insured and the content and nature of the insurance contract of this case, which is similar to those of the insurance contract of this case concluded with the defendant as the insured, and the contents of each insurance contract of this case maintained at the time of the conclusion of the insurance contract of this case or concluded after the insurance contract of this case, and the insurance money that the
