Punishment of the crime

No person shall employ any foreigner who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment in the Republic of Korea.

Nevertheless, from November 6, 2014 to December 3, 2014, the Defendant employed 9 foreigners who do not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment as shown in the attached Table, including employment of D (the nationality of Thailand, sojourn status B-1, and illegal stay from September 11, 2014) that did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment as described in the “C” in the fifth floor of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B building.
