Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and six months of imprisonment with prison labor on April 7, 2014 by the same court on April 7, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Cheongju District Court on October 17 of the same year.
