Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2015 Highest 1547" is the representative director of "D" corporation in Ansan-si C.

The Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 50 million to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of the Defendant, not the corporate account of D Co., Ltd., in order to avoid compulsory execution against D Co., Ltd. on or around May 8, 2014, in order to avoid compulsory execution against D Co., Ltd., for the Defendant to pay KRW 50 million to D by February 10, 2014; (b) transferred KRW 10 million to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of the Defendant, not the corporate account of D Co., Ltd.; and (c) around June 2014, transferred KRW 16.5 million to be paid by D Co., Ltd. from D Co., Ltd. to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of the Defendant, not the corporate account of D Co., Ltd., not the corporate account

Accordingly, in order to escape compulsory execution, the defendant concealed the assets of D Co., Ltd. and harmed the victim, who is the creditor of D Co., Ltd.

A person who intends to run a brokerage business of 2015 Gogi690 shall register the establishment of a brokerage office with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over an area where he/she intends to establish a brokerage office as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry

Nevertheless, on May 8, 2014, the Defendant, without registering the establishment of a brokerage office, arranged a real estate lease agreement to pay KRW 500,000,000 to the lessor, P, lessee, F, F, and monthly rent of KRW 500,000,000,000 from the lessor, including KRW 5,000,000,000 from the lessee and KRW 15,000,000,000,000 from the lessee, and operated a real estate brokerage business to intermediate the real estate lease agreement.
