Punishment of the crime

around 16:10 on November 11, 2010, the Defendant traveled without possessing boarding passes between the Daejeon-Dong-dong area of the Busan FTX 139 train in Busan.

The train crew B, who was discovered to be a non-member and transferred to the crew B of the train for the development of the Republic of Korea, requested to pay the fare of 16,100 won between Daejeon-Dong District, but refused to pay the fare of 16,100 won without good cause.
