1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff limited partnership company representative electrical construction (hereinafter “Plaintiff representative electrical construction”) is the electrical construction business, etc., the Plaintiff Youngjin Fire Fighting Co., Ltd. On May 11, 2014, the Plaintiffs demanded E to prepare a subcontract agreement on the instant construction work between the Plaintiffs and the Defendant, and E prepared, on behalf of the Defendant, a contract for each of the instant subcontracting works with respect to the instant electrical construction works, with the Plaintiff Taejin Fire Fighting Division, with the amount of construction work in KRW 3,080,000,000, and the construction work cost for the instant electrical construction works during the instant construction work between the Plaintiff Young Fire Fighting Division and the Plaintiff Young Fire Fighting Division on April 18, 2014, with the amount of KRW 2,700,000,000, and the construction cost for the instant electrical works during the instant construction work as KRW 3,40,000,000, respectively (hereinafter “each of the instant subcontracting”).
