Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Bchip motor vehicles.

On February 12, 2018, the Defendant driven the above car at around 18:30 on February 12, 2018, and driven the road of four-lanes in front of Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City C at the direction of salary, 3-lanes.
