[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months of imprisonment with prison labor for an indecent act in the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on December 21, 2017, and is currently under suspended sentence after the judgment was finalized on January 22, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

At around 00:00 the following day, the Defendant: (a) was asked to ask questions about personal information from the E District F, a police officer belonging to the E District, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report of 112, the Defendant: “I want to ask them about their personal information”; (b) was tightly sealed the victim’s chest by hand; and (c) was able to look at the victim’s body with the victim’s body while keeping the victim’s body.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

[2018 High Court Order 887] The Defendant was sentenced to one year of suspended execution for four months of imprisonment with labor for an indecent act committed by force in the Gangnam branch of the Chuncheon District Court on December 21, 2017. On January 22, 2018, the above judgment became final and conclusive and became subject to registration of personal information.

Where the basic personal information is changed, a person subject to registration shall submit it to the head of the competent police agency within 20 days from the date on which the reason and details of the change occur.

Nevertheless, on April 18, 2018, the Defendant transferred a G-learning passenger car owned by the Defendant to H, and there was a change in the ownership relationship of the registered passenger car, but within 20 days thereafter, the Defendant is the head of the three-way police station having jurisdiction over the Defendant’s domicile.
