Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No person of the 2017 Gohap 322 shall prohibit any person from providing the proviso to an investigation, such as filing a complaint or accusation, against him/her or another person in connection with the investigation or trial of his/her criminal case, or from providing the proviso to an investigation, such as the provision of retaliation against a complaint, statement, testimony or submission of materials, or a complaint or accusation, making a statement or submitting materials, or assault with the intention of revoking a complaint or accusation or for making a false statement, testimony or submission of materials.
