Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “B”) was established on December 12, 2007, the establishment and organization of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “C”) and the second floor (hereinafter “D”) on December 31, 2007. The location of the headquarters was the company that was established with the business purpose of telecommunications equipment and electronic equipment manufacturing, wholesale and retail service, online information provision business, software development business, etc. On October 10, 2014, Seocho-gu, Seoul, 101, and Seoul, the 7th floor L-7011 again on November 28, 2014, G was in office as the representative director of B (However, on October 31, 2014, the director or auditor was in office as the director of the company from October 31, 2014 to 31, and the director of the company from October 31, 2014 to 30, 2014).
