Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 10, 2016, anyone is prohibited from operating an Oral Ba which is not covered by the mandatory insurance for motor vehicles on the road. On October 8, 2016, the defendant operated B 125cc Oral Bab from the road in front of the maintenance of the horse in the Geum-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, to the front road of the city road in the Geum-gu, Busan.
