A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) prepared a written complaint with the effect that “The Defendant Party E, the Defendant, using a computer, made college students in name-free universities in the Nam-gu Busan District Court’s Busan District Court’s computer; (b) paid the Defendant million won in cash on the same page for the purpose of causing violence and verbal abuse.” (hereinafter “each of the instant written statements”) on September 4, 2003, each of the said written statements, “E, the Busan District Court F, G, and H” (hereinafter “each of the instant notifications”), and delivered it to A, the Defendant, despite having been drawn up, on August 25, 201, at the Busan District Court’s Dong Branch Branch Branch, there was false testimony that the instant written statements were not prepared and issued to the complainant, thereby undermining the complainant.”

In fact, the defendant did not receive the letter of this case from E at the time, but prepared from E on September 4, 2003, a letter from E to the maximum extent possible to avoid any damage to A residing in the neighbor's house with respect to noise generated in the (State in which he is operating). On September 4, 2003, the defendant prepared a letter to fulfill any civil and criminal responsibilities if such a case occurs after September 4, 2003. On September 4, 2003, he was issued one copy of each letter in the name of E, stating "E, Busan F, G, and H".

After that, the Defendant, on September 4, 2003, forged each of the instant letters by means of copying, the parts of E, Busan Southern-gu F, G, and H, which included the sealing of E, which was delivered from E, on September 4, 2003, on the lower end of each letter, stating that “In the event of violence and verbal abuse from the following point of time, the Defendant would pay a million won of cash in return for the erroneous payment.”

Nevertheless, on November 12, 2012, the defendant submitted the above written complaint to the police officer in a name-free manner at the Busan Southern Police Station civil petition office of the Busan Southern Police Station, which is located in 3 Dong-dong 243-29, Nam-gu, Busan.

Accordingly, the defendant aims to get E criminal punishment.
