A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2. 공무집행 방해 피고인은 2017. 9. 23. 09:50 경 제 1 항 기재 호텔에서, 신고를 받고 현장에 출동하여 E 등으로부터 사건의 경위에 대한 진술을 청취하고 있던 부산 중부 경찰서 F 지구대 소속 경위 G에게 다가가 ‘6 ㆍ 25가 왜 일어났는데, 좆같은 씹탱이야, 씸 할 놈 아’ 라는 등의 욕설을 하며 발로 G의 허벅지 부위를 1회 걷어차고, 계속해서 09:55 경 위 신고 사건 처리와 관련하여 지원하기 위해 출동한 같은 지구대 소속 순경 H이 피고인을 현행 범인으로 체포한 후 지구대로 연행하려고 하자, H에게 ‘ 좆같은 새끼야’ 라는 등의 욕설을 하면서 발로 H의 왼쪽 무릎 부위를 2회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of reported cases by two police officers.
