A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed theft, on the grounds that agricultural branch offices located in the area of 412, Nannam-gun, Nannam-dong, Nannam-dong, Nannam-gun, Nannam-gun, and instead of agricultural branch offices located in the area of 300,000,000 won in cash on the date of automatic entry into and exit from the area; and (b) cut off, one wall with which the market price of 300,000 won

On June 8, 2018, the Defendant, who violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving), driven a vehicle Cone Starex without obtaining a driver’s license from around 400 meters in the section of approximately 400 meters prior to the 389-dong, Nam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seoul, without obtaining a driver’s license.
