Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 02:00 on July 16, 2014, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s business of singing practice room by force by avoiding disturbance for about 20 minutes, including: (a) the Defendant, in a singing practice room operated by the victim C of Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, and the second floor, in which the victim C had a string of a small wave and a wind, in which the Defendant had a string of a stringr, without any justifiable reason, while drinking; (b) the Defendant was walking the door of a singing practice; and (c) the Defendant interfered with the victim’s business.

2. On July 24, 2014, at around 03:36, the Defendant: (a) while drunkly drinking in Seongbuk-gu E located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, the Defendant: (b) stated that the said employee was “no bbbbbbbbs” to the said employee; (c) however, the victim G (25 years old) who was mixed with a mixed hambs, did not have an employee’s speech; (d) she she she was flick to the victim, she she was flick; (e) how she would have an employee’s speech; and (e) the victim she was flbsing the victim’s two eye with his/her finger, and she was flbling the victim’s chest with his/her finger.
