Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-Wood vehicle.

On August 4, 2014, at around 17:05, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on the three-lane road in the 32-lane, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-do, and proceeded from the direction of the pole to the ABC marina, about 10 kilometers in speed.

Since the place is where the center line of yellow solid line is installed along with the central separation facility, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by safely driving the car in a safe manner by safely driving the car.
