B around May 2019, as a foreigner of Chinese nationality, received the e-mail card sent from D to the account linked to D, which was known through the Chinese website “C,” and then withdrawn cash from the account linked to D, and then received the e-mail’s role as the so-called e-mail’s account to deposit into the account designated by D. A. On June 2019, Defendant A received the e-mail card, which was known to the Republic of Korea through the above “C’s website, (i) one of the causes of the e-mail’s organization, and (ii) one of the above e-mail cards was sent to the above e-mail’s account.

Accordingly, the aforementioned employees, such as “D” and “E,” committed the act of deceiving victims by deceiving them to transfer money to the said account after seeking an account to be used for the commission of a crime and a physical card connected thereto, and Defendant A conspired in sequence to have the role of receiving KRW 50,000 per case of delivery, and Defendant B received KRW 100,000 per day and received KRW 10,000 per day and play the role of the said “book.”

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. A.
