1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) paid KRW 45,00,000 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and its payment from November 19, 2013 to July 23, 2014.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On May 14, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendant to purchase each real estate listed in the separate sheet owned by the Defendant (hereinafter “instant real estate”) with KRW 900 million, and agreed to pay the remainder KRW 90 million on the date of the contract, and the remainder KRW 810 million on June 11, 2012.
