A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around 03:05 on July 21, 2016, the Defendant discovered the victim E (the age of 18) who left alone while drinking and drinking alcohol in the above pentthy in the north-gu Seoul metropolitan area as an employee of the “D” pension located in the pentthy C, and changed the victim to the above penty joint toilet.
